The Royal Scolding
Last night we went down into the Dungeon to check on my girls. There was a bit of an altercation and the Duchess accused me of trying to bite one of the chicks. I was crushed that she would think such a thing! However, after viewing this video on the computer it is plain to see that not only did I not bite the chicken, but the chicken bit me! My Duchess is falling all over herself trying to apologize :) I love it when she's wrong.

You are so right,Emma - we saw that chick come after your snooter. But we also saw you licking your chops - BOL. We are truly amazed at how good you both are near the chicks.

Mom says she had chickens on the farm when she was a human puppy and that they are mean, sneaky little devils! There you were, being a good shepherd, watching over your flock so patiently, and the little bugger bit you! The nerve! I am SO glad that the truth was caught on video and you were vindicated. Your mom owes you A LOT of cookies!

Oh Emma you were wrongly accused..that nasty chicken pecked you right on the nose..the video proves it without a doubt..you are innocent.
